MEET ASHLEY
JaylHouse LLC Catering Executive Chef
Ashley Nicole Smith-Grom and her husband Patrick are the vision behind JaylHouse LLC Catering and JaylHouse Burrito & BBQ. She is an Executive Chef with over 15 years of experience. She’s trained under the Chef of the World, published a cookbook, and has trained under Michelin Star Chefs.
She’s won a bronze medal in an SK Competition, judged by one of the only 78 Master Chefs in the world, and she’s also a Grand Reserve Champion of Competition BBQ.
The dream to begin a food truck and catering business took root after multiple hardships in life pushed Ashley and her husband to pursue something solid, creative, professional, and purposeful.
